Abstract

Outhospital pneumonia (OP) is one of the most common and life-threatening infectious diseases. OP – an acute infectious disease, mainly bacterial etiology, which is characterized by focal lesions of the lungs and respiratory unallo presence of exudation.

Aim. To conduct marketing research of the pharmaceutical market of antibacterial drugs used in the treatment of out hospital pneumonia.

Results. Marketing research pharmaceutical market antimicrobials found that there is a constant prevalence of drugs foreign origin in respect of domestic medicines in the domestic pharmaceutical market (PM) (76.7% to 23.3%). According to the analysis of the availability of indicators dynamics (2012-2015) for a total set of drugs found that there is a tendency to its gradual decline.

Conclusions. According to the analysis of the availability indicators for 2012-2015, the trend of gradual decline in this indicator. Optimal accessibility index value was recorded in the period from 2012 to 2013; the maximum number of available drugs were produced domestically.
