Development and validation of method of control related substances in the substances 4oxo2thioxo1,4dihydrothieno[3,2d]pyrimidin3propanoic acid

A HPLC method for related substances of and 4-oxo-2-thioxo-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-3-propanoic acid determination was developed. The impurities of newly synthesized derivative of thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine chromatographic profile was studied using reversedphase HPLC. The created HPLC methodic was validated.
