Research of requirements of employers to candidates for the position of the manager of social responsibility on modern pharmaceutical companies

In article topical issues of forming of requirements of subjects of a pharmaceutical industry concerning candidates for positions of managers on social responsibility are taken up. Requirement analysis of a pharmaceutical industry in specialists is carried out; the scarcest specialists for pharmaceutical employers at the present stage of development of the pharmaceutical market are found. Activities of managers who are engaged in management of socially responsible activities at the pharmaceutical entities are researched. Requirements to professional competence of specialists in social responsibility are analyzed, their functional obligations and the rights are determined. In article need of creation of conditions of training of specialists on social responsibility for pharmacy is proved.
