Improvement of social protection for pharmacy professionals by preventing their professional burnout

This article is devoted to the opportunity analysis of the improvement of the system of social protection for pharmacy professionals by preventing professional and psychological problems. It has been studied professional burnout of pharmacy professionals, as the most significant professional and psychological problem affecting their social and economic status and reducing their social status in the society. It has been suggested to improve the term “professional burnout syndrome of pharmacy professionals” (PBSPhP) specific to the pharmaceutical industry and development of the standards of social services definition, prevention and correction of PBSPhP implementing the requirements of European standards. A scientific determination of the level of professional burnout (PB) has been conducted among the group of workers of pharmaceutical institutions of all forms of ownership, using Kharkiv region as an example.References
